Copyright and abuse
How to report copyright concerns and harmful activity on our services.
1. Copyright reports
If you believe content hosted through our services infringes your copyright, send a report to admin@reticularnet.com. Identify the copyrighted work, the specific material and its location, your contact details and the basis for your claim. Include a good faith statement that the use is unauthorized, a statement that your report is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.
2. Assessment and action
We review sufficiently detailed reports and may seek additional information, contact the affected customer or restrict access where appropriate. Reports may be shared with the customer to allow a response, excluding information we are required to protect. Our reporting address is a general contact channel and is not a representation that a statutory agent has been registered.
3. Customer responses
If your content has been restricted and you believe the report is mistaken, reply to the notice with the service identifier, the relevant material, your contact details and supporting information. Where applicable, a statutory counter notification must meet the requirements of the relevant law. We do not automatically restore content solely because a response has been submitted.
4. Other abuse
For phishing, malware, spam or unauthorized network activity, provide the source IP or URL, dated logs, timezone and a description of the incident. Send reports to admin@reticularnet.com. Do not include live malware attachments or credentials. Our Acceptable use policy describes prohibited activities.
5. Website icon credits
The plan illustrations use Metal bar and Cut diamond by Lorc, and Gold bar by Willdabeast, from Game-icons.net. These SVG icons are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 and have been recolored for the Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond plans.
6. Misuse of reporting channels
Do not submit knowingly false reports or impersonate a rights holder. Repeated or serious violations by customers can result in suspension or termination, subject to applicable law and the service agreement.
